Meet Suzanne Hefni-Pyle
Suzanne is a native Californian with vast knowledge she shares with her clients, of the beautiful Southern California Coast and Inner Coastal areas. This explains Suzanne's passion for helping her buyer clients/families find homes amid the rolling hills, gorgeous beaches and mountains of where she is so excited to show property. As a business owner of two businesses, she knows the importance of service to the highest degree. She is rare in the real estate industry, to only serve the buyer in representation, so there is never a guessing game of whose side she is working on. Suzanne is a member of State, National and Local Board of Realtors, The Luxury Home Council with an (ALHS) accreditadation, Member of NAEBA National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents, Member of Real Estate Buyers Agent Council with an ABR accreditadation. Meet Gene Wilson
Gene Wilson, EBA, (Exclusive Buyer Agent)/Realtor has lived in Southern California for over 24 years, and has a BS Degree in Business. Gene brings with him strong organizational skills, his attention to detail, resourcefulness and his great ability to work with people. Gene is a member of the National, State, and Local Board of Realtors as well as National Association of Exclusive Buyer's Agents. Besides Real Estate, Gene has a passion for boating and owns a yacht in Long Beach, and is an active member of the Alamitos Power Squadrons, and the Seal Beach Yacht Club.  

As a Buyers Only Coastal Realty, Agent and Realtor, Gene prides himself on being a professional, covering all of the Buyers needs from start to finish. A happy and satisfied buyer is his primary goal.
